All items pass an inspection prior to sales to ensure quality. All sales are final.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges, all sales are final.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds, all sales are final. Please note:
If you choose standard letter mail/untracked this is at your own risk. We do have faith in Canada Post but packages can get lost. We made this option to make it more affordable for customers. It would be very unfortunate for this to happen, we strongly suggest using tracked mail to be safe. Golden Willow Co. Is not responsible to lost packages and will not replace.
